Vista Global, the parent company of some of the largest business jet operators in the world, announced it was reducing its fleet. Vista Global notably owns VistaJet, XO Jet, Red Wing Aviation, Talon Air, and Apollo Jet, among others. The United States business segment of Vista Global, Vista America, is one of the largest business jet operators in the US. Per Private Jet Card Comparisons, Vista America operators were the third-largest fractional and charter company in North America during the first half of 2024. Vista Global was also the third-largest charter company in terms of flight hours in 2023, according to Private Jet Card Comparisons. It recorded over 136,000 flight hours, which ended up being a 2.5% market share of all chartered private jet flights. The company will focus on selling off some of its light business jets and some of its midsize business jets.

Reduction in its smaller fleet
Private Jet Card Comparisons reported that the Vista America business segment was planning to reduce the number of smaller aircraft in its fleet. Overall, the company will sell up to 40 business jets. Vista America is currently made up of XO Jet, Jet Select, Western Air Charter, and Red Wing Aviation. The company will focus on selling many of its Cessna Citation Ultras, which are light business jets operated under the Red Wing Aviation certificate. Vista will also sell many of its Cessna Citation Xs. These larger aircraft are currently operated by XO Jet.
According to Private Jet Card Comparisons, Vista America will most likely align its fleet with larger Bombardier or Gulfstream aircraft. XO Jet already operates Bombardier Challenger 300s. Overall, VistaJet operates the following aircraft in its fleet:
