Three aircrafts from British Airways, American Airlines land at St Kitts (PC – Facebook)

St Kitts and Nevis: Three aircrafts from British Airways and American Airlines have landed at Robert L Bradshaw International Airport on Sunday. The day has remained busiest for St Kitts and Nevis Aviation industry with the service of the flights and the arrival of the passengers from international market.

The British Airways provided its direct service to St Kitts and Nevis with its powerful aircraft 777-200 and enhanced the travel experience of the passengers. The aircraft departed the RLB airport via taxiway alpha on the short hop on Sunday evening.

The flight departs St Kitts and Nevis for its direct service to VC Bird International Airport in Antigua and Barbuda. The mighty 777 was powered by the two massive General Electric GE-90 engines and is known for their power and seating capacity.

The second aircraft was from American Airlines which arrived at Robert L Bradshaw International Airport on Sunday evening. American Airlines 318 (A321neo) landed at St Kitts from Miami on Sunday night.

The third aircraft American Airlines 2152 (737-800) also landed on the same time from Miami on Sunday. Both the aircraft were late for their scheduled time as both ran very late from Miami.

They departed back to Miami International Airport and provided direct service to St Kitts and Nevis.

Notably, the month of June 2024 has remained quite successful for St Kitts and Nevis as British Airways arrived with a total of 1133 passengers. With different aircraft from the airline, the passengers landed at the RLB International Airport and got access to numerous offerings of the country.

Recently, the Ministry of Tourism of St Kitts and Nevis announced the schedule of the airlines including the direct service from British Airways. The service will operate from London to the RLB International Airport with different scheduled:

The aircraft BA2157 and BA2256 will provide service from Gatwick to St Kitts for two days a week- Wednesday and Saturday from April 3 to 26 October 26, 2024. It will also provide service for 2x weekly- Tuesday and Saturday from London to St Kitts and Nevis with aircrafts including BA2157 and BA2156.

The service will operate from October 29, 2024 to March 29, 205. There will be no Wednesday flight from 5 and 12 June and 11 and 18 September 2024. The British market has remained success for St Kitts and Nevis with the operation of direct flights and other services.
