Cargo One, a leading B2B marketplace for booking and marketing air freight capacity, has secured its largest freight carrier to date: United Cargo, the cargo arm of United Airlines.

This partnership brings together Cargo One’s digital platform — which more than 20,000 freight forwarders across 134 countries currently use — with United Cargo’s extensive global network.

With this collaboration, freight forwarders will gain a streamlined online experience for rate quoting, booking, and tracking shipments, United Cargo announced. Initially, Cargo One’s platform will be available to select customers in:

  • The U.S.
  • Canada
  • Belgium
  • France
  • Germany
  • Italy
  • The Netherlands
  • Spain
  • Switzerland
  • The U.K.

The company has plans to expand to additional markets in the coming months.

United Cargo operates nearly 4,500 daily flights to 339 airports worldwide, using a fleet of over 720 aircraft. In the second quarter of 2024, United Airlines reported a 14% year-over-year increase in cargo revenue, reaching $414 million. Tonnage miles also rose to 890 million, up 16% compared to the same period in 2023.
