Transavia, a wholly owned subsidiary of Air France–KLM group, is set to receive a new Airbus A321neo in retro livery during the summer of 2025.

On January 7, 2025, the airline announced that the new aircraft represents a “special milestone” in its history, coinciding with the 60th anniversary of it starting operations, which is due to be celebrated on October 21, 2025.

“The arrival of a new Airbus in retro livery is our way of looking back with pride on what has brought us and where we are now,” said Marcel de Nooijer, CEO of Transavia. “While at the same time looking ahead to a quieter future thanks to our fleet renewal.”
