Making getting away easier: Airline expands service from Portland

Breeze Airways offers more nonstop destinations than any other carrier in Portland and also just started service to another New England airport

Breeze Airways already provides the most nonstop destinations from the Portland International Jetport, and its new service will take off on Thursday, June 20.The airline is starting seasonal service between Portland and Westchester County/White Plains, New York, with flights on Thursdays and Sundays. In September and October, there will also be flights on Saturdays.Breeze started offering its first service to and from Portland in May 2023 and now provides non-stop flights to the following locations: Charleston, SC; Fort Myers, FL; New York/Islip, NY; New York/Westchester, NY; Norfolk, VA; Orlando, FL; Pittsburgh, PA; Raleigh/Durham, NC, which just started in May, and Tampa, FL, as well as BreezeThru service to Jacksonville, FL. Breeze does not charge change or cancellation fees up to an hour prior to departure and offers free family seating and a la carte pricing.Starting with just 16 cities in May of 2021, Breeze has now expanded to offer more than 170 nonstop routes from 56 cities across 29 states.Breeze just started service to the Boston-Manchester Regional Airport in Manchester, New Hampshire on Friday, June 14, offering flights to Orlando and Charleston, two cities also served from Portland.
