The Gulfstream G450 (GIV-X) is a stretched version of the Gulfstream IV, along with other major upgrades, that received its Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) type certification in August 2004. The aircraft features a Rolls-Royce Tay 611-8C FADEC-controlled engine with a redesigned thrust reverser system.

Apart from various aerodynamic and performance improvements, the Gulfstream G450 features a spacious temperature-controlled cabin. The cabin configuration allowed for comfortable seating, work desks, galleys, and a beautiful interior. At the end of the G450’s production run in 2018, more than 360 examples were built, with list prices ranging from $15 million to $32 million.

The Gulfstream G450 is a large business jet produced between 2004 and 2018 by Gulfstream Aerospace. The aircraft can fly at a speed of over 600 mph, having a maximum operational range of nearly 5,000 miles. Notably, the maximum speed and range are subject to environmental conditions, including headwinds, turbulence, and other factors.

Liberty Jet states that the G450 consumes approximately 400 gallons of fuel per hour. In the current market, the price of a pre-owned G450 ranges between $10,750,000 and $15,395,000, with 35 currently advertised for sale.

The Gulfstream G450 has a large cabin offering plenty of room for its occupants. The cabin is designed to be more spacious and lit compared to other aircraft of similar size. The aircraft has a typical seating of 14 people and a maximum occupancy of 18.
