Alan Jackson is a world-renowned country star. The country music icon was born in Newnan, Georgia, on October 17, 1958. Jackson was exposed to different types of music early on, including gospel music and country music. He found himself playing for a band called Dixie Steel after graduating from high school, while also working as a construction worker.

However, when Jackson was 27, he and his wife moved to Nashville, Tennessee, the capital of country music, with the hopes of starting a music career. Jackson’s wife Denise was working as a flight attendant when she encountered the famous country singer Glen Campbell and asked for advice. Campbell gave Denise his business card, which helped jumpstart Jackson’s career. Jackson eventually signed with Arista Records because of Campbell.

By 1989, Jackson had begun releasing music. Several of his early songs, such as Here in the Real World, Someday, Dallas, and Love’s Got a Hold on You, made it into the Top 40 on Hot Country Songs. Jackson became a household name by the early 2000s, and he remained focused on making traditional country music whereas the majority of the community was making pop country. This includes the following three albums, which each reached number one on the charts: Drive, What I Do, and Good Time.

About the Dassault Falcon 900

The

Falcon 900
was first developed by Dassault in the 1980s. The French manufacturer expanded on its successful Falcon 50, but added a third engine on top of the fuselage. It also incorporated composite materials to ensure the aircraft was lightweight. The initial prototype conducted its maiden flight in September 1984, over 40 years ago. It was officially introduced in 1985.

Since then, Dassault has upgraded the aircraft several times, introducing upgraded variants. This includes the Falcon 900-B with a further range, the Falcon 900EX with a further range, more powerful engines, and a glass cockpit, and the Falcon 900EX EASy. Dassault also introduced the Falcon 900LX, which features blended winglets.

Overall, over 500 Dassault Falcon 900 variants have been produced. The aircraft is still produced today with the Falcon 900LX variant. Dassault would later utilize the Falcon 900 as the starting point for its next business jet series, the Falcon 2000 family of aircraft.
