Malaysia Airlines and Indian low-cost carrier IndiGo have entered a codeshare agreement in order to boost connectivity for its customers traveling between Malaysia and India. 

Under the codeshare deal, Malaysia Airlines customers will gain wider access to destinations within India. Malaysia Airlines’ flight code “MH” will be added to seven domestic destinations in India, including:

  • Kolkata-Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport (CCU)
  • Varanasi International Airport (VNS)
  • Patna Jay Prakash Narayan Airport (PAT)
  • Tiruchirappalli International Airport (TRZ)
  • Goa Dabolim Airport (GOI)
  • Bhubaneswar Biju Patnaik Airport (BBI)
  • Visakhapatnam Airport (VTZ)

This complements Malaysia Airlines’ current direct routes to 10 key hubs in India, including:
