In effort to limit voter access barriers, including transportation, Lyft launched a voting access program offering 50% off rideshare, bike and scooter rides to polls on Election Day with nationwide code VOTE24. There are 100,000 fewer polling places available for this year’s presidential election than in 2020, and Lyft estimates that 2 million voters ride with Lyft to polls.
