El Al Israel Airlines issued this statement:

Updates following the security situation

We act by the instructions of the security authorities and are in direct contact with them.

It’s important that you know that our flights to and Israel depart as usual. Also, all flights taking off from Tel Aviv will leave Terminal 3 – including flights that were planned to take off from Terminal 1.

On the background of the situation we enable ease of change, freezing or cancellation of flights for our clients:

•Passengers who have begun their journey may advance their flight back to Israel until Friday, October 13, 2023 (including), without payment of change fees and price differences, in the same service department.

•Passengers who have begun their trip and their return date to Israel is until Friday, October 13, 2023 (inclusive), may postpone the return date to Israel without paying a change fee. Price differences will be wiped, if any, unless the deferral is for the flight taking off to Tel Aviv until Friday, October 13, 2023 (inclusive).

•Passengers who have not yet begun their trip and the date of their departure from Israel is until Friday, October 13, 2023 (inclusive), may freeze or change their flight without paying a change fee, price differences, if any, will be wiped, unless they wish to fly on a flight that takes off until Friday, October 13, 2023 (inclusive). Alternatively, it is possible to cancel the flight ticket free of charge and receive a credit voucher in return.

Meanwhile Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv issued this statement:

Dear passengers, please be advised that Ben Gurion Airport is working as planned including departures and landings.

Meanwhile other airlines are cancelling flights to Israel during the conflict.
