The famous GoWild! All-You-Can-Fly annual pass is currently being offered at its lowest recorded price ever. Frontier Airlines announced on November 15 that the unlimited flight pass has gone on sale for only $499. This deal, a part of the airlines’ Black Friday promotions, lasts from November 15 to November 28.

Unlimited flight pass

Frontier Airlines advertises that the GoWild! annual pass holders can benefit from unlimited flights throughout the year. Technically, pass holders are charged $0.01 for airfare for every flight, plus the applicable taxes, fees, and charges at the time of booking. This includes access to domestic and international flights offered by the airline. Pass users can get confirmed bookings on the day before their domestic flight departs or ten days before their international flight is scheduled to depart. The pass holders can also plan ahead and book their intended flights earlier for a slight charge.

However, the GoWild! All-You-Can-Fly annual pass has officially gone on sale for $499. This is the lowest price Frontier Airlines has ever offered the pass at. The GoWild! pass is valid from May 1, 2024, to April 30, 2025. Additionally, Frontier Airlines is offering Frontier Miles Silver Elite status to all travelers who purchase the pass for 2024-2025. The status is available to pass holders through the end of 2024. To receive this bonus benefit, travelers must purchase the annual pass by November 28.

The Silver Elite status is typically achieved by flying 10,000 qualifying miles. It also provides travelers with an array of extra benefits. This includes free seat assignment, no change fees or cancelation fees when the changes are made prior to seven days before the departure, priority boarding, and priority customer care.

The President of Frontier Airlines, James Dempsey, spoke about the new annual pass deal. Dempsey stated,

“Throughout 2023, thousands of GoWild! pass holders have enjoyed all-you-can-fly travel to a wide variety of Frontier’s domestic and international destinations. To thank our loyal GoWild! customers and to welcome new pass holders, Frontier is launching the 2024-25 GoWild! Annual Pass at only $499 – our lowest price ever for a year’s worth of travel, plus free Silver Elite status. For anyone with flexibility in their travel plans, the pass is a great value and a terrific opportunity to travel affordably.”

Additionally, for passengers who are already annual pass holders, Frontier Airlines recommends renewing their pass for next year at this lower discounted rate. Even passengers who already have the all-you-can-fly summer pass for next year can upgrade their pass at a lower discounted rate of just $100.

Following a tough third quarter

This new promotion comes just weeks after Frontier Airlines released its third-quarter earnings report. The airline revealed that it recorded a $32 million net loss. Its non-fare revenue experienced growth year-over-year, although its fare revenue dropped from $386 million to $302 million. Frontier revealed that its costs grew by over 10% compared to the third quarter of 2022, most likely due to elevated fuel prices and operational disruptions.

Although the airline posted a loss in the third quarter, Frontier still revealed it had posted positive numbers through the first nine months of 2023. The airline recorded a net profit of $26 million over this period.
