OGDENSBURG, New York (WWNY) – Ogdensburg International Airport could have a new airline providing air services.

Ogdensburg Bridge & Port Authority officials are considering three different bids to provide essential air service and they want the community’s input.

On Tuesday at 4 p.m., representatives from Breeze Airways, Boutique Air and Contour Airlines, the airline that currently provides air service, will be at the Ogdensburg airport to pitch why they should be the community’s airline.

The meeting is available for community members to listen to and ask questions.

“We’re pleased with three proposals. Each one is different in their own way but what we want to do is part of the EAS is getting community support in what we do,” said Steven Lawrence, OBPA executive director.

The OBPA has the final say in what airline is chosen but will consider the community’s input.
