Summary
- Emirates will increase Airbus A380 flights to Amsterdam to double daily at the end of October.
- Thailand, India, and Indonesia are the carrier’s top three countries for Amsterdam passengers.
- Amsterdam will be one of 19 European airports where Emirates’ A380s will be seen during the winter.
Amsterdam has been part of Emirates’ passenger network since 2010. The Airbus A380 first appeared two years later and has operated since. While double-decker flights are currently daily, they will increase to double daily from October 27, when northern airlines, including Emirates, switch to winter schedules based on IATA slot seasons. Emirates had two daily A380 services to Amsterdam between 2016 and 2020, so it is returning to that frequency.

- Dubai to Amsterdam: 03:15-07:50 (777-300ER); 08:10-12:40 (A380); 15:20-20:00 (A380)
- Amsterdam to Dubai: 10:35-20:20 (777-300ER); 14:30-00:10+1 (A380); 22:00-07:45+1 (A380)

The equipment switch means that seats per departure will rise from 360 to 519, a considerable +44%. There will be six more first-class seats, 34 more business seats, and 119 extra in economy. When all three flights are considered, Emirates will have 1,398 seats from Amsterdam daily (double for both ways).
