2025 Pan Am revival tour

The airline that left its mark
Pan Am was the airline that truly left its market in the history of aviation. Until its closure in 1991, Pan American World Airways was the most prominent international carrier in the United States and a founding member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
At its peak, it set two world records using the Boeing 747. The airline was relatively old by the time it ceased operations. The carrier ceased operations in 1991 at 64 years old, due to bankruptcy. Despite its demise, the Pan Am name lives on.
