Trump’s senior advisor, Jason Miller, shared a photo of a new aircraft with new branding that was being added to the side, as shown below.

Several Twitter users identified this aircraft as a recently upgraded Boeing 737-800. This aircraft, which is registered as N917XA, was first introduced in August 2002. Previously, this aircraft was owned and operated by iAero Airways, previously called Swift Air, per Flightradar24. This charter airline is based in Greensboro, North Carolina. Prior to that, the aircraft was owned by XTRA Airways, per ch-aviation.

Currently, this Boeing aircraft is owned and operated by Eastern 737 Asset Holdings LLC, per JetSpy. This company is based out of Kansas City, Missouri. Also, according to JetSpy, this aircraft has performed over 30 flights so far in 2024. This has accumulated to 66 total flight hours. Its most visited airports are:

The Trump Aviation fleet

The main jet that Donald Trump and his staff operate is designated as Trump Force One. This aircraft is a Boeing 757-200 that is registered as N757AF. It was originally built and delivered in 1991 but has since been upgraded. After a brief stint in storage after Trump’s first run in office, Trump sent the aircraft to be refurbished. These upgrades would take place at Chennault International Airport (CWF) in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Eventually, in 2022, the 757-200 was recommissioned and ferried to West Palm Beach, Florida, where the former president resides. Currently, during Trump’s 2024 Presidential campaign, Trump and his staff utilize this aircraft as his main mode of transportation.

Previously, Trump also flew a Cessna Citation X. This aircraft, which was once the fastest business jet in the world, was purchased by Trump in 1991. However, in March, Trump and his team sold this aircraft to another Republican donor for a sale price of around $2.5 million. Beyond Trump Force One, the Trump Aviation fleet also flies several Sikorsky S-76 helicopters for short-distance flights.
