On Tuesday, July 16, NetJets announced the expansion of several new and existing facilities at United States-based airports. This includes a brand-new facility that will be exclusive to NetJets members at the Teterboro Airport (TEB). Additionally, NetJets announced it will open a new service hub at Scottsdale Airport (SCF). Beyond that, NetJets has several existing facility upgrades under work, with plans to break ground on several others this year.

These new facilities represent a constant means to expand across the US for NetJets. The President of Sales, Marketing, and Service for NetJets, Patrick Gallagher, spoke about the new facilities. He stated,
“We are proud to announce our latest investments in support of growing our real estate footprint. By introducing new NetJets Service Hubs in the West, strengthening our partnerships with FBOs, and offering an exclusive facility at Teterboro, we continue to help our Owners reach across the country with ease.”
New fixed base operator (FBO) in New Jersey
NetJets has detailed a new dedicated space for NetJets members at Teterboro Airport (TEB). The upgraded facility will be an upgrade from the currently-dedicated FBO that exists at Teterboro. The new upgrades are set to be done in collaboration with Signature Aviation, the current FBO-owner. Once the upgraded facility is complete, only NetJets members will be able to access the FBO.

The charter-company also outlined what additions are to be made. These include:
- Private ramp
- Private hangar space
- New owners lounge
- VIP conference rooms
- Refreshment station
- Dedicated parking
Upgraded facilities in Arizona
Another major upgrade that NetJets announced is to the company’s existing facility at Scottsdale Airport (SCF) in Arizona. This facility is the first new-build service hub that NetJets has built. It is set to begin operations by the end of this summer.

The NetJets Service Hub facilitates the maintenance of many of the aircraft in the company’s fleet. This includes proactive maintenance and restocking abilities. Along with the maintenance side of the service hub, NetJets outlined several new additions to the facility. This includes:
- VIP conference rooms
- A private lobby
- Outdoor patio complete with mountain views
- Vehicular ramp access
- Covered parking
This facility is also exclusive to NetJets members only.
Other facility upgrades
Two other new facilities were introduced by NetJets. The company plans to create a new facility at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) in Las Vegas, Nevada. This building will include two hangars as well as a dedicated terminal, lobby, and NetJets members parking. NetJets plans to break ground on this project within the year. NetJets also recently opened a new dedicated terminal at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) in Bozeman, Montana.

Beyond these newly announced projects, NetJets also has existing real estate growth initiatives. This includes facility improvements at Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) in Colorado, Dekalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK) in Atlanta, Hanscom Field (BED) in Bedford, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), and Dallas Love Field (DAL).
