Taiwanese carrier STARLUX Airlines has commenced direct flights from Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK). The inaugural flight marks a significant step in STARLUX’s expansion in Southeast Asia, as a region known for its rapid growth in the aviation industry. This route will be operated five times a week, which is expected to meet the needs of travelers and businesspeople between these two major cities, as well as contribute to the growth of tourism and trade between Taiwan and Indonesia.

This strengthens STARLUX’s presence in Southeast Asia. With the increasing demand for air travel in the region, STARLUX is committed to providing services that prioritise comfort, safety, and customer satisfaction. To support this, STARLUX has entrusted PT JAS Aero Engineering Services (JAE), a provider of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services, to provide comprehensive technical support and ensure smooth operations of STARLUX flights in Indonesia through Certification and Technical Ramp services.
