The Spirit Airlines employees who were suspended after berating passengers at Burbank Airport have spoken out about the incident.
Customer service rep Jane Barrow and her supervisor Razia Singh were seen in a viral video, as Barrow repeatedly shouted at a massive crowd of passengers in July.
In the dramatic clip, Barrow was heard telling passengers she’s ‘frustrated as hell’ as she demanded that they ‘shut up’ so she can speak.
Meanwhile, Singh, who didn’t resort to ‘over-the-top’ yelling, was seen getting visibly angry and overwhelmed.
Now, Barrow admits she regrets the way she handled the situation and explained that she doesn’t understand why her former supervisor faced consequences.
‘I felt so bad I took it in that direction,’ Barrow, who now works for a crowd management company, told Inside Edition.

Barrow is seen in the video balling her firsts up and scrunching her face as she grew irate with 300 fliers who waited around after flight delays
‘I get if you could let me go but to let [Singh] go? She wasn’t the one that was projecting very loudly.
‘She was trying to make light of an already crazy situation that was going on,’ Barrow told the outlet.
On that day, Barrow explained that a lot of factors played into the wild moment, which left 300 passengers waiting around after flights were delayed.
Some fliers were waiting around for eight hours, the former employees shared.
‘The computers were down, we could not check in passengers, we could not take any baggage, we couldn’t assign seats. And we were oversold on top of that,’ she revealed.
During the commotion, Singh said she ‘was just trying to pick up the pieces’ during the mayhem.
She said she was also trying to tell passengers, ‘I’m doing everything I can, give me a second.’
While Barrow resorted to ‘over-the-top’ yelling, Singh tried to remain calm but grew visibly angry and overwhelmed
Looking back, Barrow said: ‘Every single day, I feel really bad that I did it.’
‘I think it was just everything. It was just the pressure, nobody was listening,’ she said.
Singh wiped tears from her eyes as she spoke about the handling of the situation that led to her and Barrow being suspended.
Singh admitted that Barrow handled the moment ‘wrong,’ but it shouldn’t define who she is as a person.
‘She still wished me the best,’ Singh tearfully said. It is unclear if she has landed a new job since her suspension.
The clip, recorded by a nearby passenger, showed a massive crowd of passengers gathered around a gate as the overwhelmed Spirit employees freaked out while trying to board them on the aircraft.
The odd moment began with Barrow, dressed in all black and a neon yellow vest, screaming at the crowd.
‘Can I have everybody’s attention right now?’ she yelled at the start of her rant.
A passenger then replied: ‘Go ahead, girl!’

Barrow then yelled: ‘Right now!’ as she balled up her fists and scrunched her face.
She asked: ‘All right! Now, do you all wanna get on this flight or not?’
A passenger replied: ‘Yes we do, girl!’
The angry worker said: ‘All right! So, everyone’s gonna shut up and we’re gonna say this once and we’re only gonna say it again because we’re frustrated as hell!’
The group of frustrated passengers listen to the agent as some of them laugh and others look confused. Some of them start to shout ‘woo!’ at the employee.
Singh then stepped in and tried to remain calm before joining her then co-worker.
She picked up the radio and screamed: ‘Please, be quiet so I can think of what’s going on!
‘The computers were down, we could not check in passengers, we could not take any baggage, we couldn’t assign seats. And we were oversold on top of that,’ Barrow revealed
‘I don’t even know what aircraft’s here because everybody’s screaming numbers.
‘I don’t know what I have. I’m gonna be honest. I don’t know what aircraft’s sitting out there. I don’t know what’s going on.
She added: ‘You guys won’t give me a minute. Please give me a minute. Please!’
A passenger with blonde hair, dressed in a white T-shirt, responds: ‘You go girl. Take a minute.’ The group then started to applaud as the video ended.
Kevin Eis, who was boarding another flight to Las Vegas when he captured the absurd incident, was left in shock.
‘Oh my God, it was the most chaotic thing that ever happened to me at an airport.
‘I hope these people learn their lesson,’ Eis previously told Inside Edition.
