Buiqui Aerospace order
The first order announced on Friday, September 20th, was an order for fifty aircraft from Buiqui Aerospace. This order aligns with the goal of fielding a fleet that consists of all Tecnam aircraft. The Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Buiqui Aerospace, Oliver Buitron, spoke about the new deal. Buitron stated,
“We’re very excited about this partnership with one of the leading companies in the aviation space. TECNAM vision aligns with ours in paving the way by providing the best of the best. The acquisition of these planes will provide a more enhanced experience for all our students, mechanics and staff. It will enrich the flight training experience for current and prospective students.”
This order also aligns with an existing order for several aircraft. Buiqui Aerospace is scheduled to take the delivery of two P2005Ts, one P2010 Lycoming IO-360, one P2010 TDI Gran Lusso, and one P-Mentor aircraft.

Along with having a fleet consisting of all Tecnam aircraft, Buiqui Aerospace also recently became a Tecnam Authorized Service Center at the flight school’s main base in Sebring, Florida. These new trainer aircraft will help the school’s goals of offering an advanced fleet for its pilots, which will reinforce the school’s partnerships with over ten airlines and financial institutions.
Aerodynamics Academy order
Along with the order by Buiqui Aerospace, Tecnam also received an order for several trainer aircraft from Aerodynamics Academy, which was announced on Friday, September 20th. Specifically, Aerodynamics Academy ordered fifteen Tecnam P2008JC MkIIs. These aircraft allow the flight school to continue expanding its offerings, especially as it was registered as one of the fastest growing flight schools in Europe in 2024.
These modern aircraft feature a carbon fiber fuselage and metal wings, which allow the aircraft to fly more efficiently and quieter than other trainer aircraft. The aircraft is powered by a single Rotax 912S piston engine, which provides the aircraft with just under 100 total horsepower. This single-engine light aircraft has the following performance specifications:
