A glimpse inside
Designed to cater to the needs of modern travelers, The Club MDW features areas for work, relaxation, and socializing, centered around a lively bar. The lounge can accommodate up to 76 guests and is open daily from 4 am to 10 pm. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the airfield, while the lounge’s design draws inspiration from Chicago’s Art Deco and mid-century modern architecture.
Guests can enjoy complimentary food and beverages, including locally sourced menu items and beers from Revolution Brewing and Two Brothers, all while benefiting from high-speed WiFi in designated workspaces.
The lounge is managed by Airport Dimensions, which operates similar lounges around the country. During its first 30 days of operation, the lounge will host a virtual food drive benefiting The Greater Chicago Food Depository, with Airport Dimensions contributing a $10,000 donation to combat food insecurity.

“Opening The Club MDW is a continuation of the work completed through the Midway Modernization Program, and it is one of many upgrades passengers can expect as we transform Chicago’s original hometown airport.”
Chicago Midway International Airport has been awarded a substantial grant of over $555,000 as part of a larger federal initiative to improve airport infrastructure across Illinois. This funding is part of a $37 million allocation announced by the US Department of Transportation. The investment highlights Midway’s importance as a major transportation hub in the region, alongside Chicago’s O’Hare Airport, both of which received more than $10 million in total funding.
