Korean Air is offering parents of its employees an immersive behind-the-scenes look at what an aviation job at the company entails with the return of its “Parents Invitation Program”.

The program, which was revived after a five-year hiatus, commenced on September 27, 2024, and will run for three months.

The first session was held at the airline’s headquarters in Seoul’s Gangseo District. Approximately 60 participants, including employees and their parents, attended the session. The event included tours of key facilities such as the Operations & Customer Center (OCC), Aviation Medical Center, Flight Training Center, and the in-house hangar.
