With its headquarters located in the Vạn Phúc Diplomatic Corps in the Ba Đình district of the Vietnamese capital of Hanoi, VietJet was the first privately owned airline to be established in Vietnam. VietJet has ordered 20 A330neos
Currently, the A330-300 is the only widebody aircraft that VietJet operates, but that is about to change after the Vietnamese budget airline placed an order with Airbus for 20 new A330 A330neo (A330-900) aircraft at this summer’s Farnborough International Airshow.
