As part of a major refurbishment program, Qantas is set to retrofit 10 A330-200 aircraft which will be used on international routes from Australia to Hong Kong International Airport (HKG), Singapore Changi International Airport (SIN) and Tokyo Narita Airport (NRT).

The cabin upgrades, which Qantas describes as a “multimillion dollar investment”, are expected to start in mid-2025 at the airline’s Brisbane maintenance facility. The first refurbished aircraft  is scheduled to enter service by the end of the calendar year and the refurbishment program as a whole is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
