Alliance Airlines, an Australian carrier, announced on November 28, 2024, that it executed three binding contracts to sell six Embraer E190 regional aircraft and 13 Rolls-Royce engine cores. These sale transactions will help the company to “monetize significant surplus inventory and provide additional high value componentry in a ready for sale condition.”

Three transactions

Alliance Airlines has announced two contracts under which it will sell six Embraer E190 aircraft to Scissortail Aviation and Belingger Aviation Assets over the next three months. These airframes are part of 30 aircraft initially included in the Aercap Transaction, announced in February 2023.
