Employees of China Airlines could receive more than six months’ worth of salary as their annual bonus.

A report by local media outlet Focus Taiwan suggests that the Taiwanese flag carrier plans to give NT$145,000 ($4,276) to each of its employees, on top of a year-end bonus equivalent to an average 6.6 months of salary.

In a company letter to its employees seen by the news outlet, the airline explained that the NT$145,000 ($4,276) payment consists of NT$110,000  ($3350) as a fixed bonus and NT$35,000 ($1066) as an incentive award.
