The Saudia-owned low-cost carrier flyadeal looks poised to order 10 Airbus A330neos in its first ever widebody acquisition, according to Reuters.  

Speaking to inside sources, Reuters reported that flyadeal could announce the agreement with Airbus within weeks after setting its sights on the A330-900 after also considering the Boeing 737 MAX 9.  

At the Routes 2024 event in Bahrain, flyadeal’s CEO Steven Greenaway revealed that the airline intended to order its first widebody aircraft by the end of 2024.
