Qatar Airways has unveiled new services to Bogotá in Colombia and Caracas in Venezuela with two new weekly flights on Wednesdays and Sundays, starting early summer 2025.
The Boeing 777-200LR service announced on January 22, 2024, means Qatar Airways is the first and only airline to offer non-stop flights from the Middle East to Colombia and the only Middle Eastern carrier operating in Venezuela.
The flights will connect Hamad International Airport (DOH) in Doha to Bogotá El Dorado International Airport (BOG) and then continue to Caracas Simon Bolivar International Airport (CCS) with the return flight from Venezuela operating non-stop to back to Doha in the UAE.
Bogotá and Caracas become Qatar Airways’ 15th and 16th destinations in the Americas and its second longest flight to the region. Other destinations include Dallas, Miami, New York City, São Paulo, and Toronto.
