CINCINNATI (WKRC/CNN Newsource) – Spirit Airlines has announced changes to its dress code policy, updating its contract of carriage to include new restrictions on clothing and tattoos for passengers.

The budget airline’s revised policy, which passengers agree to when making a reservation, now prohibits see-through clothing and exposed private parts.

Additionally, passengers wearing lewd, obscene, offensive or revealing clothing or body art may be denied boarding or removed from flights, Spirit said.

The policy update came after multiple incidents including one from October where two women were removed from a Spirit Airlines flight for wearing crop tops, according to Daily Mail.

Another incident occurred in January where John Garcia Jr. was kicked off a Spirit flight for wearing a hoodie with the words, “F**k Hate World Tour,” according to Daily Mail.
