“With Norwegian’s new direct flights, it’s now easier than ever for UK families and business travellers to reach Billund.”
Airline relations manager at London Gatwick Jennifer Newman added: “This route provides essential connectivity for both business and leisure travellers, further strengthening Gatwick’s extensive European and long-haul network.”
Billund serves as a gateway to one of Denmark’s most exciting regions, home to the internationally renowned Legoland Billund Resort.
To celebrate the launch, Legoland Billund is offering free entry for children from the UK who fly to Billund with Norwegian. This special promotion makes Denmark an even more appealing destination for British families seeking an unforgettable getaway.
Children will gain free entry to the world-famous theme park when accompanied by a full-paying adult.
The offer is valid for the entire 2025 season, giving families the flexibility to plan their visits to Western Denmark throughout the year.
Director of communications and public affairs at Norwegian Denmark Sara Neergaard said: “Norwegian and Billund Airport have had a strong partnership for many years, and we see great potential for growth in this region.
