Copa Airlines now offering daily flights between Guyana and Panama

Copa Airlines has announced that it has increased the number of flights between Guyana and Panama with connections to dozens of other destinations. The airline is now offering daily flights between Georgetown and Panama City.

In a statement, the airline said with the expanded service, passengers will enjoy increased flexibility and more travel options now that there is an addition of two weekly flights, bringing the total number of flights per week to seven.

The airline said the move reinforces its role in connecting Guyana with over 80 destinations in the Americas.

Copa Airlines began its operations in Guyana in 2014 and has been offering good services since then.

According to the airline’s Regional Sales Manager for Central America and the Caribbean, Karen Nanne, “by increasing our flight frequencies to Guyana, we aim to further strengthen the country’s ties with the region and open new opportunities for tourism and commerce”.

She said Copa believes in Guyana’s potential and connecting its travelers to the world.

The additional flights will operate on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays
