The highlight of Lufthansa’s Allegris First Class isn’t just the suite design — it’s also the exclusive loungewear crafted in collaboration with renowned Japanese artist Sho Shibuya. Inspired by his world-famous color gradient works and the view of the sky at 35,000 feet, these pajamas are designed to offer both style and comfort for long-haul travelers.

The set includes a buttoned and collared long-sleeve top and matching bottom, produced by Tekla, a premium homewear brand from Copenhagen. Made from fine organic cotton satin, the pajamas feature a shiny finish that feels as good to the touch as it looks.

In a Qantas press release, Grant said:

“Material breathability, flattering colors and tapered lines were top of mind when coming up with the design, as well as ensuring the pajama bottoms don’t crawl up the leg and a non-restrictive neckline was just as important. Qantas pajamas are iconic so it was also about a contemporary design that customers will want to tuck in to their carry-on bag after their flight.”

Introduced in October 2016, the pajama set is made of 100% cotton, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout the flight. Provided alongside the set is a stylish “his” or “her” amenity kit, also designed by Grant. The kit, which matches the pajama set, features a range of ASPAR by Aurora Spa products, Martin Grant-designed travel socks, dental kit, ear plugs, and deodorant.
