This year’s results have just been released, with Indianapolis International Airport (IND) ranking the best in customer satisfaction across medium-sized airports.
JetBlue Launches Amsterdam-Boston Airbus A321LR Service
JetBlue has taken another key step in expanding its transatlantic offering by operating its first scheduled flight from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) to Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS). The services will operate daily, and their launch marks the second new transatlantic JetBlue route to the Dutch capital in as many months.

This is part of the national carrier’s commitment to promote aviation as a career path while inspiring the next generation of professionals.
17 Daily Flights: Inside Delta’s Massive Amsterdam Schedule
Delta Air Lines has 17 daily flights to Amsterdam Schiphol this September, continuing what it has had through the summer. Thanks to KLM and SkyTeam, it has more flights to the Dutch airport than to any other European destination. Of US carriers, it is only beaten by American to London Heathrow (26 daily) and United to Heathrow (up to 22 daily) this month. You can find out more about its schedule here!

Korean Air Reportedly Served A Passenger Coffee With A Glass Shard
Reports have emerged of an incident onboard a recent Korean Air flight involving a rather unfortunate beverage service. Various Asian media outlets have noted that, at the start of the month, a passenger had a nasty surprise when they encountered a glass shard while drinking a seemingly innocuous serving of iced coffee.

Brunei Startup Gallop Air Agrees To Buy COMAC ARJ21 Aircraft
Brunei’s startup airline, Gallop Air, is poised to become the second international carrier to introduce the COMAC ARJ21 aircraft into its fleet, following in the footsteps of Indonesian carrier TransNusa. The partnership between Gallop Air and COMAC was solidified through an aircraft purchase intention agreement inked during the 20th China-ASEAN Expo, which took place in Nanning, Guangxi.
