The global powerhouse Siemens has reached an agreement to sell its airport logistics division to Dutch firm Vanderlande in a €300 million ($325 million) deal. 

Siemens Logistics announced news of the agreement on October 31, 2024, with confirmation that the transaction is expected to close in 2025.  

Vanderlande, owned by Toyota Industries Corporation, is based in Veghel and operates in the logistics sector within warehousing, airports, and parcel fields.
