I’m excited to share some great news that’s sure to benefit our community. Alaska Airlines is now offering new nonstop service from Eagle County Regional Airport to both San Diego, California, and Seattle, Washington. Frontier Airlines has added service to Denver, Dallas, and San Francisco. These new routes are a game changer for locals, bringing greater convenience, access and opportunity right to our doorstep with service from the airport’s first low-cost carriers.
Whether you’re dreaming of a weekend on the beaches of San Diego exploring the vibrant culture of the Pacific Northwest in Seattle or utilizing the other markets, these nonstop flights open the door to easier, more affordable travel. It’s also a perfect chance to welcome new visitors to our incredible home, helping to boost local businesses and tourism.
To make these new flights even better, Eagle County residents can take advantage of a special incentive: a $100 flight rebate for round-trip tickets booked through EGE on Alaska or Frontier Airlines. This is a unique opportunity to save on travel costs while supporting our local airport, keeping air service strong for the future.
These new flights represent the airline’s confidence in Eagle County as a vibrant, connected community, and we encourage everyone to explore these new routes, whether for business or leisure. Let’s make the most of these expanded connections while continuing to show the world what makes Eagle County such a remarkable place to live, work and visit.
Expanding air service at EGE isn’t just about boosting winter tourism, though that’s a significant part. By increasing accessibility during the shoulder seasons and summer months, we’re working to sustain and grow a year-round economy. This benefits not only the hospitality sector but also retail, dining, real estate, and a wide range of service industries. Core Transit, Eagle County, and our local towns are key supporters of the flight service program at Eagle County Regional Airport and our new flights are a testament to the power of collaboration.

We look forward to seeing you at EGE next time you have a flight.
To Alaska and Frontier Airlines, on behalf of the Eagle County community, it is our great pleasure to extend a warm welcome as you introduce new nonstop service between the airport and both San Diego and Seattle on Alaska and Dallas, San Francisco, and Denver on Frontier. This expansion brings exciting opportunities for residents, visitors and businesses alike, further connecting Eagle County to the two new markets and adding competition in the three existing markets.
Eagle County is renowned for its natural beauty, outdoor recreation and a community that values a connection to the world beyond our mountain vistas. We are delighted that Alaska and Frontier Airlines have chosen to strengthen these ties, making it easier for travelers from around the country to experience all that our region has to offer, from world-class skiing and snowboarding to other Alpine adventures.
At the same time, these new routes open seamless travel options for Eagle County locals, giving our residents more convenient access to Southern California, the Pacific Northwest, and key feeder markets in Texas and California.
We appreciate the airline’s commitment to providing outstanding service and look forward to building a lasting partnership that benefits both our community and your passengers. Thank you for investing in Eagle County, and we are thrilled to welcome you aboard as we begin this exciting new chapter together.
