Saudia Cargo has reported total cargo volumes of 573,000 tonnes in 2025, transported across approximately 4,000 flights, underlining steady operational growth during the year.
The Saudi Arabian airfreight carrier also recorded 15,000 tonnes in total exports, while maintaining on-time performance above 90% across its network. Customer satisfaction metrics remained strong, with the company achieving a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 57.
Capacity development formed part of the year’s operational progress. The carrier signed a lease agreement with ASL Aviation for two Airbus A330-300F freighters, scheduled for delivery in 2026, supporting planned cargo capacity growth.
Network expansion also contributed to performance, with the launch of permanent cargo services to Zhengzhou (CGO) in China and Milan (MXP) in Italy, strengthening connectivity between Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
In addition, Saudia Cargo secured IATA CEIV Fresh certification for perishables handling and obtained four new ISO certifications, bringing its total to six international accreditations during the year.
The 2025 figures reflect a focus on operational reliability, network growth and service quality across the airline’s cargo portfolio.
